Just why wasn't Dubya concerned when told the USA was under a well-organised, multi-pronged terrorist attack on September 11? Instead of jumping up and taking control, he sat in a classroom of kids (they were reading quietly to themselves at the time) for 5 full minutes before doing anything. Insert conspiracy theory here...
