Quicktime 7 without iTunes
Man, it kinda sucks that Apple now try and trick you into downloading iTunes as part of a bundle with the latest version of the Quicktime Player (now up to version 7). If you want the standalone player, you have to spot the simple text link at the bottom right of the player download page, amongst a bunch of options.

I mean, for starters, I don't want iTunes - good ol' Winamp (v.3, thank you very much) has been doing the job for me on that front for over half a decade now. And it's also a 32mb v. 18mb download difference for the iTunes bundle compared to the standalone player. Some people (ie. most NZers) still have to worry about their monthly transfer totals. Sheesh.

Anyway, if you're looking for Quicktime 7 without iTunes (standalone player, windows xp/2000 or Mac OS X v10.3.9 and later), then go here.
